Yes. We support prototypes and low-volume runs using rapid options (3D-printed sand) or conventional tooling, depending on geometry, size, and timing.

Common grades include gray iron Class 25 through Class 40. If your print specifies a different class or test requirements, include that with your RFQ.

As a general guideline, a minimum wall thickness of approximately 0.200 inches is recommended for iron sand castings (final guidance depends on geometry, length-to-thickness ratios, and gating/feeding approach).

Yes. We coordinate machining and can support dimensional layouts, material certifications, and documentation packages such as FAIR or PPAP when required. Include any specific requirements with your RFQ.

Yes. We can coordinate NDT services as required by your print or quality plan. Share the standard, acceptance criteria, and sampling requirements with your RFQ.
