How CPM Works

Pattern tooling is designed and built in-house around your part’s geometry, volume, and production life, so it runs cleanly at the foundry that pours it.

We choose the foundry partner for each job based on alloy, part size, and quantity. Foundries pour the metal. We make sure the print, the pattern, and the process are ready for them.

Every material cert is checked against your print and spec revision before it reaches you. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified, and we stand behind the finished part.
